Recently IGNOU has launched 3 new program MSc under School of Science (SOS). Before these programs IGNOU runs only MSc (Mathematics with Applications in Computer Science) (MACS) under School of Science (SOS). And some others MSC programs are under development.
List of newly launches programs are given below with all details
1. MSc (Physics) [MSCPH]
Eligibility:
1 .Graduates with Major/Honors in Physics
2. Graduates with a BSc Degree with Physics & Maths (including IGNOU BSCG Program)
3. Graduates with BSc Degree of IGNOU or any recognized Open University with a minimum of 32 credits of Physics or Maths as one of the subjects
Duration: 2 Years [Minimum], 4 Years [Maximum];
Program Fee: Rs 4,000/- per year
2. MSc (Applied Statistics) [MSCAST]
Eligibility:
Graduates with BA/BSc Degree with Statistics/Mathematics as one of the subjects from any recognized University/ lnstitution/ Organization
Duration: 2 Years [Minimum], 4 Years [Maximum];
Program Fee: Rs 7700/- per semester
3. MSc (Geography) [MSCGG]
Eligibility: Graduate in any stream
Duration: 2 Years [Minimum], 4 Years [Maximum];
Program Fee: Rs 4000/- per Year
